STOCK AVAILABILITY
While NATURAL FLEX makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects accurate stock availability, sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. In the instance that an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. The item will be refunded, or the entire order will be cancelled, depending on the customer’s preference.
SHIPPING
Please see our Shipping Policy for the latest information regarding all shipping processes. Due to our quick order processing times, we are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been placed. If your order is stolen or lost in transit, NATURAL FLEX is not liable for any damages or losses. This needs to be resolved directly with Australia Post or Sendle. During holiday periods, sales and promotions, there may be a dispatch + delivery delay due to the high volume of orders.
RETURNS
NATURAL FLEX reserves the right, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to refuse a return for a change of mind at our sole discretion, on the basis of a failure to comply with this Returns Policy.
NATURAL FLEX will only accept the return of products that are faulty or damaged. Also, sale items can be refunded if there is a defect. If you believe your item/s is faulty, please request a refund or exchange through 1:1 inquiry on My Page within 14 days of receiving your order. The items returned must be unused, with the original packing. Where the product is returned, inspected and assessed as faulty, you can elect to receive a fully-refund including postage costs. Also, NATURAL FLEX will arrange return postage on your behalf.
EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with the size or color of the product, we will offer you an exchange.
But Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you want to exchange the product, please request an exchange through 1:1 inquiry on My Page within 14 days of receiving your order. The items returned must be unused, with the original packing. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, marked, washed or altered in any way. Once your return is received and inspected, the product in the size/color you want will be sent to you. All shipping charges including return postage costs will be paid by the buyer.

Our website accepts payments using all Credit Card, After Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Once your payment method has been validated, upon clicking “PLACE ORDER” we will debit your nominated form payment immediately for the full order amount.
