RETURNS POLICY

The return policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
In addition to your statutory rights, we are happy to accept a return of your items within 14 days of receiving the order for online purchases.


NATURAL FLEX will only accept items that have not been worn and are in original condition and original packaging to qualify for return. There must be no damage or signs of wear, such as sole markings or scratches. Any items received that do not meet the return criteria will not be accepted by NATURAL FLEX. In this unlikely event, you will be notified by email and the items will be posted back to you.

<Returns for Change of Mind>

Unfortunately, we do not accept refund for change of mind.
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer a refund if you simply change your mind.

<RETURNS>

NATURAL FLEX will only accept the return of products that are faulty or damaged.
Also, sale items can be refunded if there is a defect.

If you believe your item/s is faulty, please request a refund or exchange through 1:1 inquiry on My Account within 14 days of receiving your order.

In your application, please include:

Your request
Order number
Name of item/s you’d like to return or exchange
Photos of the fault

Where the product is returned, inspected and assessed as faulty, you can elect to receive a refund except postage costs. NATURAL FLEX will arrange return postage on your behalf.

<EXCHANGE>

If you are not satisfied with the size or colour of the product, we are happy to offer you an exchange.
If you want to exchange the product, please request an exchange through 1:1 inquiry on My Account within 14 days of receiving your order.

In your application, please include:

Your request
Order number
Name of item/s you’d like to exchange
Colour/size you want to change

Once your return is received and inspected, the product in the size/colour you want will be sent to you.

If the product you requested is not in stock, you can choose another product.

If the product you choose has a higher price: you will be charged an additional fee.
If the product you choose has a lower price: The remaining amount will be paid to you as points.

**Note: If you are sending back your item for an exchange the customer is responsible for any cost of the return shipping fee.
In good faith we will be crediting your Natural Flex account with $10.00 which can be spent on future purchases.
You can check your available credits in My Account - Points once you have signed in. The available credit will be displayed during checkout.
